Android compatibility
Bluetooth Sleep Timer requires Android 17 or later. Device disconnection uses Android’s public APIs for accessories approved through Companion Device Manager. Older Android releases are not supported.
My audio keeps playing
Confirm that Pause media when the timer ends is on. Test with the same media app open and playing. The player must respond to Android’s media controls; behavior varies by player and accessory.
Active calls or communication sessions can prevent an action. Check the completion result and avoid testing during a call.
My device stays connected
Confirm that the intended accessory is connected, set up in Devices and selected under Devices to disconnect. Run Test compatibility in Devices. If the accessory has been removed or paired again, use Manage connected device and complete approval and compatibility setup again.
If the app reports a successful disconnect but the device reconnects, enable Reconnect Guard in Settings. It can disconnect selected devices again if they reconnect within two minutes. Some accessories reconnect automatically, and behavior varies.
My accessory does not power off
The app requests Bluetooth disconnection, not an accessory power-off command. Check the accessory’s documentation for automatic power-off behavior and timing.
A schedule did not run as expected
In Schedules, check that the schedule is enabled, Action time and Repeat on are correct, any selected device is connected and requested Android permissions are allowed. Review notification, alarm and background settings on your phone.
Check the reported outcome after a test. Communication activity or device compatibility may affect the action even when a schedule is triggered.
Restore Full Access
Use the Google Play account that purchased Full Access, then open Settings and choose Restore purchase. Connect to the internet so Google Play and RevenueCat can verify the purchase.
Full Access is a permanent one-time purchase, not a subscription. If restoration fails, email support with non-sensitive purchase context. Do not send purchase tokens, passwords or full payment details.
