About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Bluetooth Sleep Timer Android app and its official website, bluetoothsleeptimer.com. Bluetooth Sleep Timer is developed by Chaseos Apps. Questions about these terms can be sent to chaseosapps@gmail.com.
Use the app and website lawfully and in accordance with applicable Google Play and Android requirements. If you do not agree to these terms, discontinue use. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.
What the app does
Bluetooth Sleep Timer lets you set timers and choose supported end actions, including a request to pause media and disconnection of selected Bluetooth devices approved through Android. Optional Full Access features include multiple managed devices, recurring schedules, and quick access tools.
The app requires Android 17 or later. Availability and results depend on your Android version, phone or tablet, permissions, connected accessory, media app, and device settings. Test a short timer with your listening setup before relying on a longer session.
A playback pause request may not be honored by every media app. Device disconnection does not guarantee that an accessory powers off, that all playback stops, or that an accessory cannot reconnect later. Any reconnect guard is temporary. The app does not promise compatibility with every device or player.
Your settings and use
You choose the timer duration, devices, end actions, permissions, notification settings, and any recurring schedules. Review these settings and Android battery or background restrictions when results differ from your expectations.
The app is a convenience utility for listening sessions. Do not rely on it for emergency communications, alarms, medical care, safety-critical tasks, or other situations in which a missed, delayed, or unintended action could cause harm. The app attempts to avoid interrupting calls and communication sessions, but you remain responsible for choosing an appropriate listening setup.
Free features and Full Access
Core sleep timers and one managed Bluetooth device are available free. Full Access is an optional permanent one-time purchase through Google Play. It is not a subscription.
The app shows the localized price and purchase details before you buy. Google Play processes payment, and RevenueCat verifies the Full Access entitlement. Google Play purchase terms and applicable consumer rights govern payment and refunds.
An existing purchase can be restored through the app using the Google Play account that made the purchase. Restore and entitlement verification may require network access and availability of Google Play and RevenueCat. A purchase does not promise that every future feature or a version for another platform will be included.
If you have a purchase or restore problem, contact chaseosapps@gmail.com with non-sensitive details. Never send passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card information, or purchase tokens.
Privacy and support communications

If you contact support, Chaseos Apps may use the information you provide to investigate your request and reply. Include your app version, Android version, device and accessory models, and a description of what happened. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for support.
Links to Google Play and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Ownership and permitted use
Chaseos Apps and its licensors retain ownership of the app, website, artwork, branding, and other protected content. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the app and website for their intended purposes.
Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Chaseos Apps, redistribute protected app or website content without permission, interfere with the services, or bypass purchase verification. This does not restrict uses that applicable law expressly permits.
Availability and responsibility
Chaseos Apps aims to keep the app reliable and the website accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or a particular result with every listening setup. Features may change as Android and third-party services change.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is unlawful, or removes mandatory consumer guarantees or other non-waivable rights.
Changes and contact
Chaseos Apps may update these terms as the app, website, or applicable requirements change. The published page will show its effective date. Material changes will be identified on that page; any additional notice required by law will be provided.
